Position and Responsibilities Overview

Performs the full range of Journeyman or Master Journeyman duties for piping in construction, finishing, repair, etc.

• Perform trade-specific tasks on a construction site.
• Oversee crew productivity.
• Ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Perform layout activities and material takeoffs as necessary.
• Manage trade-related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment startup with documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections and technical troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent skills/experience acceptable.
• Journeyman or Master License required.
• Good physical condition, dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
• Aptitude for technical problem solving and familiarity with building codes.
• Ability to maintain tools and work area cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills, knowledge of trade tools, and keen attention to detail.
