Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hand brush and spray painting experience or SSPC C-12 Certification.
• Ability to read and understand Product Data Sheets (PDS).
• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint mixing techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Read and understand safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up tools and equipment for surface preparation and painting tasks.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and ensure proper cleanliness.
• Operate spray paint equipment and hand paint designated areas.
• Mix paint materials according to Product Data Sheet (PDS) guidelines.
• Inspect painted areas for touch-ups and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all work areas.
• Operate high-reach equipment for elevated tasks.
• Remove waste and clean up after completion.
• Assist with scaffolding and compartment load-outs as needed.
