LRS is seeking a Journeyman Mechanic to maintain, repair and overhaul heavy vehicles and industrial equipment. You will interpret work orders, consult technical manuals, and ensure equipment is clean, lubricated and reliable for daily operations.
Ideal candidates have diagnostic and problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions. CDL is a plus; ASE certification is welcome. Training and safety standards are emphasized.

Shop Manager
The Journeyman Mechanic is responsible for independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles and industrial equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. This role interprets work orders, identifies mechanical issues, performs necessary repairs or adjustments, and upholds all safety and compliance standards. This mechanic role works with moderate supervision while ensuring consistent, high-quality maintenance and operational readiness of equipment.
