Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Functions

• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Works independently without direct supervision.
• Installs conduit systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
• Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
• Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Follows workplace safety procedures consistently.
• Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
• Immediately reports and corrects unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.

Computer Skills: General computer skills preferred.

Certificates and Licenses

• Must possess one of the following licenses:
• Wisconsin Master Electrician License
• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License

Training

Current First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10-Hour trainings are required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs during the workday.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor and outdoor work with exposure to cold, heat, sunlight, dirt, hazardous electrical systems, and heights.
