Job summary

AAF International in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep plant processing and facilities equipment running at optimum efficiency on a daily basis. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and document work performed.

Responsibilities include repairing processing and facilities equipment, communicating findings to management, mentoring junior maintenance staff, and supporting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level competence in relevant trades.
• Ability to manage and perform projects independently.
• Experience mentoring Maintenance Mechanic I level technicians.
