Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, a farmer-owned cooperative, is seeking a Journey-Level Maintenance Mechanic for our Lodi Plant in Lodi, CA. This on-site, full-time role offers a stable 40-hour week with overtime and weekend hours as needed.

You will troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The position requires 5+ years of relevant experience and the use of personal hand tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety-focused work.
• Able to use personal hand tools and basic hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance leadership and production teams on repair priorities.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance procedures and equipment efficiency.
