Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. in the Baltimore area is seeking a Journeyman Lineman to perform distribution service calls, energized and de-energized work, and supervise Apprentice Linemen.

Must have a valid Class A CDL and medical card, own your own hand tools, and pass a criminal background check and drug screening; strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and safety rules is required. Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman required.
• 3+ years experience recommended.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card required.
• Own your own hand tools.
• Proficiency with electrical distribution systems.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform energized & de-energized work assigned to the crew.
• Supervise the work of Apprentice Lineman training with him.
• Maintain proper care of assigned Company equipment and tools.
• Take responsibility for the crew when the Foreman is not present.
• Observe and enforce Company safety rules.
• Perform other duties as directed or required.
