Ameren Illinois is seeking an experienced lineworker to perform overhead line construction and maintenance on transmission, sub-transmission, distribution, or service systems. Work may include energized lines and various voltages under direct supervision.
Requirements include ALBAT or equivalent lineman training, a high school diploma, a 1-day evaluation, and a valid Class A CDL; ability to meet licensing, medical, and drug screening requirements.

Under direct but not constant supervision, to do a full range of overhead line construction and maintenance work on the electrical transmission, sub-transmission, distribution, or service systems; to do such work on lines either dead or energized and at all voltages; and to perform similar and less skilled work as required.
