Job description

We are currently seeking a qualified Journeyman Lineman to join our Indiana, PA operations department. If you're an experienced lineman committed to safety and service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground electric distribution lines
  • Work safely with energized and de-energized electrical systems
  • Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other utility vehicles and equipment
  • Troubleshoot power outages and respond to emergency calls as needed
  • Read and interpret staking sheets, circuit maps, and service orders
  • Follow REA safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements:
  • Certified Journeyman Lineman status (completion of a DOL-registered apprenticeship program or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electrical utility line work
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Pennsylvania CDL (Class A)
  • Willingness to relocate, if necessary, and reside within 45 minutes of the Indiana office
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be available for on-call duties
  • Ability to climb poles, lift heavy equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to successfully complete Pole Top Rescue
