Job summary

Q3 Contracting, Inc. in Commerce City, CO and the Denver Metro area is seeking Journeyman Linemen with valid CDL-Class A and lineman certification to join our high voltage team.

You must provide your own tools and be able to travel; per-diem applies for out-of-area travel. Responsibilities include maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of overhead and underground distribution systems; climb poles, rigging, switching, energizing facilities, and teamwork with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must provide own tools; rubber goods provided by company.
• Must hold Lineman certification or completion of Lineman school.
• Valid CDL-Class A driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience with high voltage electrical lines and distribution systems.
• Must be able to climb poles and perform installation and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Must provide own tools; rubber goods provided by company.
• Maintenance - inspections, modification, installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Construction and installation - climbing techniques, pole care and inspection of distribution structures.
• Conductor handling, rigging and splicing; setting and energizing facilities.
• Travel to multiple job sites; strong teamwork and communication.

Crews are welcome to apply.Primary Responsibilities Include:Must provide your own tools and gear.
