Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Laborer Journeyman to support road construction, grading and earthmoving operations near Study Butte, Texas. The position offers a pay rate up to $30/hr depending on experience and a shift schedule of 10 days on, 4 days off with overtime and weekends potentially required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl on a construction site.
• Exposure to changing outdoor weather conditions; work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move about a construction/industrial site to perform tasks.
• Possibly use ladders, platforms, manlifts, scaffolds up to 200 feet to access equipment/work areas.
• Move items weighing up to 50 pounds across a construction/industrial site.
• Observe and comply with safety and project rules; perform other duties as required.
