Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a construction laborer to assist skilled craft workers and support multiple trades as directed by project supervision. You will follow safety standards, operate common tools, and cooperate with foremen to maintain productive workflow.

The role emphasizes learning across crafts, effective communication, and delivering high-quality work in a busy industrial environment. This position requires readiness for physical tasks and adherence to site safety rules.

Qualifications

• NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry preferred.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft workers in performing their duties.
• Work in other crafts as training and supervision allow.
• Take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman.
• Apply safe work practices and follow supervisor guidance.
• Operate and handle tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Seek opportunities for improvement in tasks and methods.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively.
• Provide feedback to ensure materials and tools are available.
