BrandSafway is hiring an entry-level Laborer I to support craft personnel and assist with construction and industrial tasks on-site. You will work under supervision, follow safety procedures, and perform basic labor to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes learning industrial processes, teamwork, and dependable task execution in a dynamic environment. Competitive hourly compensation and full-time schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Willingness to learn construction and industrial work processes.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to travel 100% (3 weeks on 1 week off).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft personnel with daily job tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform basic labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Support setup and dismantling of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
