Qualifications

• Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools.
• Welding certifications (maintained).

Responsibilities

• Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards.
• Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies.
• Read and interpret erection/shop drawings.
• Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field.
• Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails.
• Mentor apprentices and lead small crews.
