Redi Services, LLC is hiring Journeyman Insulators / Metal Workers for our Rock Springs, Wyoming location. Join a leader in the Industrial Services Industry and advance your career as you work on insulation and metal cladding for industrial facilities.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting and fitting insulation, installing jackets, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Shift is Monday through Friday, 10 hours, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven Industrial Mechanical Insulation / Metal & Cladding experience.
• Deep understanding of insulation types, temperature ratings and application techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in elevated spaces.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and have reliable transportation to site.
• Must speak fluent English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply insulation materials (calcium silicate, mineral wool, fiberglass, cellular glass, aerogel) to hot or cold surfaces.
• Read industrial blueprints and isometric drawings to determine layouts and materials.
• Measure and cut insulation / metal & cladding to fit around valves, flanges, pumps, and elbows.
• Install protective jacketing of aluminum, stainless steel, or PVC to weatherproof systems.
• Secure materials using wire, bands, rivets, screws, and vapor-barrier mastics.
• Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Follow PPE, fall protection, and daily hazard assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply insulation materials including calcium silicate, mineral wool, fiberglass, cellular glass, and aerogel to hot or cold industrial surfaces.

Read industrial blueprints and isometric drawings to determine layouts, dimensions, and material requirements.

Measure and cut insulation / metal & cladding precisely to fit around valves, flanges, pumps, elbows, and irregular geometries.

Install protective jacketing made of aluminum, stainless steel, or PVC to weatherproof and seal the insulated systems.

Secure materials properly using wire, bands, rivets, screws, and specialized vapor-barrier mastics.

Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial boom/scissor lifts.

Adhere to safety protocols including mandatory PPE, fall protection, and daily hazard assessments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Mechanical Insulation / Metal & Cladding (refineries, power plants, or chemical facilities).

Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial insulation types, temperature ratings, and application techniques.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces under varying weather conditions.

Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment screenings.

Transit: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the jobsite.

Must speak fluent English - Bilingual is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday - 10-hour shifts.

Hourly Pay:

$23.00-$25.00 DOE
