Job summary

OC2 Occidental Chemical Corporation in Ludington, MI seeks an experienced IC Journeyman Plumber-Pipefitter to provide pipefitting and plumbing services for the Calcium Chloride Plant. You will maintain, repair, and install piping for domestic water, process fluids, steam, and condensate while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Must hold a Journeyman Plumbing License with Master preferred and have 5+ years of maintenance experience in chemical/manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumbing License required; Master preferred.
• Five+ years maintenance experience in chemical/manufacturing plants preferred.
• Must obtain PSV training and certification within 1 year.
• Must obtain Backflow Preventer Testing Certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide pipefitting and plumbing service at Ludington plant.
• Maintain, repair, and install piping for process water, steam, condensate, and waste.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and site permits.
• Operate in line with mechanical integrity programs and site policies.
