Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine materials.
• Shape or cut materials to measurements using hand tools or machines.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and ramps.
• Install and repair structures using hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and report progress.
• Fabricate and install concrete reinforcing bars; place and finish concrete.
• Move, arrange, or replace doors, walls, or stairs as needed.
• Operate a forklift and assist with site logistics when required.
