Position Summary: Foxx Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with 5+ years in the field to support a high-profile project at the Great American Ball Park. The ideal candidate has a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, and ductwork.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report to management.
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and local/state codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, other trades, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
