Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Senior Journeyman HVAC Service Technician (Field-based) to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems for Utilities & Energy clients. You will lead field service work, conduct inspections, and drive energy efficiency improvements while mentoring junior technicians.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on system knowledge, and a safety-first mindset to operate independently in the field and provide customer-facing recommendations.
