Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of heavy equipment/component repair experience.
• Engine component repair knowledge is a plus.
• Accredited certifications from a trade school or college.

Responsibilities

• Test, disassemble/assemble, inspect and repair heavy machinery components.
• Verify conformance of parts to specifications using micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges.
• Maintain understanding of component functionality to determine root cause failure.
• Disassemble components and diagnose symptoms to provide accurate customer estimates.
• Repair and reassemble components efficiently and with high quality.
• Adhere to torque specifications per instructions provided.
• Communicate troubleshooting and operational issues with shop leadership.
