Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required or preferred, depending on position requirements.

• Strong knowledge of commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Test system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.

• Maintain accurate service records and document completed work.
