Job summary

Skillforce is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for an ongoing commercial project in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on data center electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to NEC standards.

Qualified candidates hold a South Dakota Journeyman license (or reciprocal), OSHA 10, and have experience reading blueprints, bending EMT/Rigid conduit, and installing panels and switchgear. Excellent benefits and weekly pay offered.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a data center environment.
• Run and bend conduit (EMT/Rigid).
• Pull wire and perform terminations.
• Install panels, switchgear, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and site safety standards.

Pay: Up to $46/hour (based on experience)
Per Diem:$115/day-days worked
Schedule: 50+ hours per week

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for an ongoing commercial project in Sioux Falls, SD. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, fast-paced commercial project requiring precision, reliability, and strong electrical expertise.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a data center environment
• Run and bend conduit (EMT/Rigid)
• Pull wire and perform terminations
• Install panels, switchgear, and other electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC codes and job site safety standards
• Active South Dakota or reciprocal Journeyman License
• OSHA 10 Certification (required, training will be provided if needed)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Experience in commercial or data center construction preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety practices
