Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians to support a long-term data center project in Ellendale, ND. Expect steady overtime and competitive pay while working on mission-critical electrical systems.

Responsibilities include installing switchgear, panelboards, transformers, PDUs and UPS, reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, and ensuring NEC compliance and safety standards. Travel nationwide with hotel provided and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (ND or reciprocating state).
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong skills in conduit bending, cable tray installation, terminations and switchgear work.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work overtime as project schedules require.
• OSHA certification and experience with lifts or aerial equipment preferred.

• Run EMT, rigid conduit, and cable trays; pull and terminate large power feeders and control wiring.
• Perform equipment terminations and assist with startup/commissioning activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, safety, and quality standards.
• Work alongside other trades to meet tight construction schedules.
