YES, LLC is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to lead and support electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who values safety, mentorship, and delivering high-quality work across diverse industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Uphold YES' Core Values: Accountability, Reliability, Integrity, Safety, and Communication
Lead daily huddles, assign tasks, and mentor apprentices
Maintain accurate and timely safety and project documentation (work orders, permits, reports)
Lay out and install raceways, pull wire, and mount electrical equipment
Communicate proactively with customers, supervisors, and authorities
Estimate labor and materials, manage procurement, and monitor job progress
Participate in planning, scheduling, and customer meetings
Required Qualifications
Active ND Journeyman License
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CE credits
Familiarity with NEC and job site safety standards
Ability to read blueprints and apply electrical formulas
Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and YES Application software
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Background
Welding or fabrication experience
PLC/automation knowledge
OSHA 10/30 and H2S certifications
Experience mentoring apprentices or leading crews
Physical and Environmental Requirements
Lift up to 70 lbs and maintain physical fitness
Work in challenging conditions: mud, ice, high noise, poor lighting, elevated platforms
Tolerate long drive times and variable weather
Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and overhead work
Stand or walk on uneven ground or concrete for extended periods
