Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to plan layouts, install and repair wiring, fixtures and control equipment. The role includes mentoring Apprentice Electricians and upholding FSG values with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in the field, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. A current electrical license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of field experience.
• Current Electrician’s License preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communications and customer service skills.
• Experience in lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan layouts and install/repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment.
• Prepare sketches or read diagrams/blueprints for wiring layouts.
• Install switches, relays, circuit-breaker panels, and distribution gear.
• Repair faulty equipment and systems; work from ladders or roofs as needed.
• Mentor Apprentice Electricians and promote safety and high service standards.
