Job summary

H2O Well Service Inc. is seeking a Journey Level Electrician to support residential and commercial well pump installations and repairs out of the Hayden, ID or Deer Park, WA branches. You’ll work with VFD pump controls, pumps, pressure systems, and related electrical and plumbing components.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for leadership progression, and a Monday–Friday schedule in a stable, local company serving North Idaho and Eastern Washington communities.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required (WA 03A to 01 or greater).
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
• Reliable and punctual; eager to learn and lead.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair well pump systems for residential and commercial sites.
• Wire and troubleshoot motor controls, pressure switches, and related components.
• Perform plumbing connections and adjustments for proper operation.
• Load, transport, and set up equipment at job sites; maintain safety.
• Assist senior technicians and mentor apprentices; stay updated on codes.
