Qualifications

• Journeyman licensure in Washington state (03A to 01 or greater)
• Physical ability for demanding field work in varying weather
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with well pumps, water systems, or plumbing/electrical work preferred but not required
• Familiar with scheduling, dispatch and job-costing software
• Ambition to advance into leadership roles
• On-the-job training provided for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Install and repair well pump systems including submersible pumps and pressure tanks
• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial pump systems
• Perform plumbing connections and adjustments for proper operation
• Wire and troubleshoot electrical components (motor controls, pressure switches)
• Handle field/site setup and transport of equipment and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate progress and next steps to customers on-site
• Assist senior technicians and Service Manager on complex jobs
• Support apprentices with leadership and training
• Stay updated on code requirements
