Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• Must have valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License with knowledge of local electrical codes
• Residential/Commercial service experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Ability to follow direction and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Primary Job Functions

• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations as it pertains to general electrical in-home service calls
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of electrical fixtures and equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Install power wiring, control wiring, and communications wiring in conduit
• Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, meter sockets, etc.
• Mount and install light fixtures and lighting controls
• Adhere to all safety and quality codes
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
