Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking dependable Journeyman Electricians to support residential and commercial construction projects across North Jersey and Rockland County. Candidates should bring a solid background in wiring, code-compliant installations, and a readiness to join active site crews.

You will perform rough-ins, finishing, panel upgrades, and conduit work, with travel between sites. A valid state electrical license or Journeyman card is encouraged, and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years practical field experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Valid state electrical license or Journeyman card encouraged.
• Residential wiring and panel upgrade experience; EMT and rigid conduit a plus.
• Provide own essential hand tools and testing gear; aerial lifts a plus.
• Must have reliable vehicle and clean driving record for travel between sites.
• Strong communication skills for working in occupied residential spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential electrical tasks: wiring, rough-ins, finishing.
• Translate blueprints into code-compliant installations.
• Diagnose circuitry, lighting controls, and electrical panels.
• Conduit bending and MC cable installation for commercial fit-outs.
• Maintain OSHA and NEC compliance; ensure safety on site.
• Collaborate with project managers and trades to hit deadlines.
