The Opportunity...

We are an Electrical contractor and Electrical/Solar training company, in business for over 10 years in Colorado, specializing in residential and commercial solar, battery storage, electric vehicle supply equipment, and service upgrades. We currently have immediate full-time openings for Colorado Certified Journeyman electricians with a desire to pass on your knowledge. We are looking for an experienced journeyman to get out of the field a good portion of the time and work in our training facility, creating curriculum, and training our apprentice trainees.

  • Must practice safety at all times and comply with OSHA rules and standards
  • Communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Identify parts needed and create materials lists
  • Bending and installing conduit, including EMT and PVC
  • Installing subpanels, gutters, conduit, and pulling wire
  • Terminating electrical panels, outlets and other various electrical devices
  • Projects will include: Multi-family and residential electric vehicle chargers; residential battery storage; service upgrades; electrical tie-ins of both residential and commercial solar systems; and installation and wiring of various electrical devices
What you need to bring to this role...
  • Valid Colorado JW license
  • Must be organized and have good communication skills
  • Motivated, detail oriented and punctual
  • Must have a clean DMV record
  • Working knowledge of NEC, Cal/OSHA, and local jurisdiction codes
  • Ability to work independently, be a team player, and complete a job from start to finish
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Must have own electrical hand tools; company will provide power tools
  • Computer skills including email, photos, and smartphone use
Where you will sit and the places you may go…

This position may rarely require up to 25% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects such as company-wide celebrations, team building exercises, etc. Availability to work nights and weekends may very rarely be required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience within the pay band, plus the benefits below.
