Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical apprentices through various industrial automation projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with foremen and project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel nationwide to project sites as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in any state
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of controls systems desired; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industrial automation field
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required for project assignments
