Job description

Job Title: Industrial Journeyman Electrician

Journeyman's License required. Will accept another JW state license that can reciprocate.

Travel: Travel required within Minnesota.

Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of current electrical codes and best practices.
2. Experience with commercial/industrial electrical construction.
3. Interpretation of drawings, current construction methods, and specifying/ordering materials, tools, and equipment.
4. Mentor and train apprentices and team members.
5. Manage project files, drawings, documents, and records in our system.
6. Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Work on out-of-town projects.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Journeyman's License (or reciprocal license accepted).
2. At least 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
3. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
4. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for extended periods.
2. Work in extreme hot and cold conditions.
3. Physically capable of digging, back-filling, lifting, and carrying up to 80 lbs.
