Job summary

Professional Electrical, LLC is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

You will read blueprints, interpret NEC standards, install conduit, panels, and testing equipment, supervise apprentices, and coordinate daily work with foremen, contractors, and clients on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial, industrial, or residential electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass random drug screening if required.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems in compliance with NEC, local codes, and company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Install conduit and pull, terminate, and test wiring.
• Install panels, transformers, switchgear, lighting, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate daily work with foremen, project managers, and customers.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices as assigned.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
