Veracity Electric is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical installations, support project productivity, mentor apprentices, and uphold high safety and workmanship standards. The ideal candidate has strong commercial/industrial experience and the ability to work independently.

The role emphasizes executing wiring plans, installing distribution panels, and maintaining components while adhering to company values and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of electrical experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to complete projects independently from start to finish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Execute wiring plans for lighting, intercom, power distribution, and other systems.
• Install electrical fixtures, lighting, and alarm systems.
• Install and maintain distribution panels, switches, and breakers.
• Connect wiring and ensure code compliance.
• Assemble and install conduit systems and route conductors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical components.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Mentor apprentices in skills and safety.
