Job summary

Capstone Solutions in the greater Spokane area is seeking licensed Electricians (Commercial Electrical Journeymen) to perform a range of wiring tasks on outdoor and indoor projects. You will read construction drawings, install and troubleshoot control wiring, supervise crews, and maintain safe, orderly work sites.

Ideal candidates hold a WA Journeyman license (ID preferred), have 2–4 years of Journeyman experience, a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks and a pre-employment

Qualifications

WA Journeyman Electrical License (prefer IDs)
Read and interpret construction electrical drawings
Terminate cables and install control wiring from drawings
Organize materials and tools; maintain clean work areas
Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool care
Lead assigned job site employees and supervise crews
Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen required

Responsibilities

Perform all electrical tasks with general supervision
Oversee and direct crews on installations
Ensure safe handling of tools and equipment
Read, interpret, and apply electrical drawings
Maintain organization of materials and work areas
