Job summary

Interstates is seeking a journeyman electrician to support industrial electrical projects in the Lubbock, TX area. You will install conduit, wire systems, and equipment while leading up to four apprentice electricians. BIM/VDC experience is a plus, with travel required to nearby job sites and strict safety protocols in place.

The role requires a state journeyman license and industrial electrical experience. Per diems and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Must have state issued journeyman electrician license.
• Industrial electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit.
• Oversee or participate in wire installations with conduit & cable tray.
• Connect power to equipment.
• Lead/develop up to 4 apprentice electricians.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Communicate with foremen and project teams.
