Job summary

Interstates is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. You will perform conduit work, wire installations, and power connections while mentoring up to four apprentices.

The role requires a valid state journeyman license and industrial electrical experience; BIM/VDC knowledge is preferred. Expect travel within a 200‑mile radius and a safety‑driven work environment with varying site conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have state issued journeyman electrician license (or equivalent).
• Industrial electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing conduit.
• Overseeing, or participating in, wire installations with conduit & cable tray.
• Connecting power to equipment.
• Lead/develop up to 4 apprentice electricians.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs in construction work environment.
