We are currently looking for motivated Journeyman Electricians for our install department to join a dynamic team!

• $35-$45/hr. - Depending on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to engage with and actively listen to customers
• Running new electrical feed (mainly low voltage)
• Panel upgrade (service upgrade)
• Generac experience/knowledge
• Site visits
• Accurate and complete stock list

Success Metrics

• 100% completion of the electrical install checklist
• No callbacks
• Gain additional certifications and skills
• Exceed weekly and monthly business goals
• Continuously grow your technical skills

Minimal Requirements

• Massachusetts Journeyman License (Required)
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems (Required)
• Wiring of heating/cooling equipment (Required)
• Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Experience with old wiring (snake wires, etc.)
• Generac certification
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, relays, and zone controls
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks
