Job summary

Trident Seafoods seeks a Journeyman Electrician to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems on industrial equipment across Alaska plants. The role requires PLC/controls experience, strong reading/writing/maths, and teamwork. Travel to Alaska facilities is expected.

High school diploma or equivalent and Alaska journeyman license (or license before employment) are required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with minimum 4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Demonstrated math skills and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components and wiring.
• Program automated machinery using PLCs and controllers.
• Travel to Alaska plants for electrical issues as needed.
