Qualifications

• Journeyman-level electrical experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional electrical experience.
• Industrial or manufacturing environment experience.
• PLC experience strongly preferred.
• Electrical license required.
• Associate degree in an applicable field considered.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Work with lighting systems, motor controls, control panels, and PLC systems.
• Perform electrical testing using voltmeters, ammeters, thermal scanners, and other diagnostic tools.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, wiring, and conduit installations.
• Perform high-voltage terminations and system repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
• Ensure compliance with Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Direct and assist other electrical workers as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate work documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and site policies.

This is a non-traveling, on-site role ideal for skilled electricians seeking stability, competitive pay, and consistent scheduling in an industrial environment.

Schedule:

• 7 nights on / 7 nights off
• 12-hour night shifts (Wednesday–Tuesday rotation)
• Average 36–50 hours per week, with overtime opportunities

Pay Rate:

$30.00 – $37.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
• Work with lighting systems, motor controls, control panels, and PLC systems
• Perform electrical testing using voltmeters, ammeters, thermal scanners, and other diagnostic tools
