Tri-State Electric Ltd. is seeking an energetic Journeyperson / Electrician to join our team in the El Paso area. The role involves verifying project drawings, installing and programming electrical equipment, inspecting and testing installations, and locating underground lines.

Typical duties include operating bucket trucks and man-lifts, performing preventive maintenance, and handling other assigned tasks to ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Valid journeyman Electrician license.
• OSHA-30 certification.
• CPR training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear motor vehicle record.
• Minimum 5 years journeyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Verifies electrical project plan drawings for inconsistencies or mistakes.
• Installs, removes, splices, connects, and programs electrical equipment and components, services, circuits, and fuses.
• Inspects, tests, and troubleshoots electrical equipment and installations.
• Locates underground electrical lines.
• Operates bucket trucks and man-lifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
