Job Description

The Electrician executes projects and work orders by installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• MUST HOLD JOURNEYMAN CARD/CERTIFICATION
• Perform scheduled assignments, work requests, and projects accurately and timely.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine correct layout and troubleshoot electrical installations.
• Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, Ethernet and coaxial cables, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
• Maintain, repair, install, and test switchgear, transformers, meters, regulators, and reactors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Research and specify repair parts from manuals and digital sources.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability and value.
• Follow all safety standards, requirements by local agencies, and operating procedures.
• Adhere to Aramark appearance standards and wear the required uniform and PPE while working.

Qualifications
