We Power America is hiring experienced electricians in Charlotte, NC for commercial and industrial projects. We are actively seeking foreman and supervisory level Journeyman electricians to lead and execute critical electrical work on high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations and upgrades
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to meet new requirements
• Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers and team members
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Provide on-call emergency electrical support
