Pure Energy, Inc. is recruiting for an experienced Journeyman Electrician in Solar Installations to join our team in Waco, TX. Electrical work in the Solar Industry is a rapidly growing career. Pure Energy is on the cutting edge of that growth and looking for customer-centric individuals that take pride in their work and want to grow with a thriving company.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety
2. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
3. Troubleshoot and problem solve as necessary under the direction of Master Electrician
4. Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining company standards
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
6. All other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

1. Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License
2. Valid Texas Driver's license
3. Follow/execute proper electrical standards set forth by Master Electrician
4. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
5. Experience in solar PV electrical system installations
6. Willing to occasionally travel within Texas to complete projects
7. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
8. Extremely punctual and reliable with great attention to detail
9. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
10. Ability to work well with others in a supportive, collaborative team environment
11. Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
12. Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Preferred
