Job summary

Jobot Consulting seeks Journeyman Electricians for mission-critical commercial projects across North Dakota. Per diem and housing offered. You will read blueprints, install and troubleshoot electrical systems, and uphold safety standards on large facilities, including data-center work.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of Journeyman experience, a valid license, and strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and clients on schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience on large commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and one‑line diagrams.
• Extensive experience with electrical systems installation and repair.
• In‑depth knowledge of safety protocols and electrical codes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients and team members.
• A valid Journeyman Electrician license.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and one‑line diagrams for large projects.
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems safely.
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Conducting electrical repairs and diagnosing issues promptly.
• Working with the project team to align installations with timelines and specs.
• Keeping up to date with electrical codes and applying changes.
• Providing expert advice to clients on electrical needs and solutions.
