Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for Facility Services at the Greenville, SC Supercenter. The role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure safety and proper operation of facilities and equipment. You will coordinate with management, document activities, and support on‑call needs.

The position is full‑time with shifts that may vary. Requires a valid Journeyman license, 2 years’ electrical experience, and a SC driver’s license.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in the electrical trade.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
License in related trade in city and/or state of work.
Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program (preferred).

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Document wear and tear, maintenance activities, and parts usage.
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; submit required documentation.
Operate, test, and diagnose facilities, equipment, or fixtures; follow blueprints and manuals.
Lead teams, coordinate with managers and customers, and ensure timely, safe work.
