Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Walterboro, SC is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to support Facility Services. The role performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure safe, compliant facilities and reliable operations.

You will manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and uphold OSHA/EPA guidelines while delivering high-quality electrical work. This is a full-time position with on-call rotations and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the electrical trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures; documents wear and tear and repairs needs.
• Determines replacement needs and documents preventive maintenance activities.
• Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple crafts.
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and documents repair activities; responds to emergencies and manages work orders.
