Job summary

Allied Mechanical is seeking a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience to run projects from start to finish in Utah. You will read drawings, supervise field installations, and ensure safety and code compliance on job sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or residential electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the applicable local electrical codes.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs.
• OSHA 10 certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams; direct accurate field installations.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites; lead toolbox talks and site safety audits.
• Diagnose, repair and install electrical equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure installations meet code and design intent.
