Job summary

Hayden Power Group in Scranton, PA is seeking a dependable Journeyman Electrician with commercial and industrial experience to join our team. You will apply your thorough knowledge of electrical tasks, lay out and install wiring, test systems, and troubleshoot to ensure customer sites run safely and efficiently.

You will mentor apprentices, follow NEC/NFPA standards, and work with a crew to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with apprenticeship or 7 years experience.
• Journeyman license as required by project location.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and equipment in commercial/industrial settings.
• Perform all types of wire terminations.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems as required.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers; supervise crew and coordinate with trades.
