Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC seeks a full-time Commercial Journeyman Electrician in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

This position requires 6+ years of electrical experience, a Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license, NEC knowledge, and the ability to read construction drawings and blueprints. OSHA 30 or the ability to obtain it is required; CDL is a plus. Background checks and drug tests will be performed as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years electrical experience.
• Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license.
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory.
• Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• 70E awareness training preferred, not required.
• CDL preferred, not required.
• Pre-employment background/drug/MVR checks will be conducted.

• Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years recent electrical experience
• Current Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory
• Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
• 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred, not required
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
